1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Oriji Countdown ("Oriji," "the Application," "we," or "us"). This Application is an AI-powered countdown and event reminder application that integrates horoscope readings, tarot divination, weather services, calendar management, smart reminders, and collaborative sharing features. By using this Application, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set forth in this Terms of Service agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this Application.

2. Description of Services

This Application provides the following services:

• AI Voice/Image Recognition: Utilizes artificial intelligence technology to identify event information from voice and image inputs
• Event Management: Create, edit, and manage countdown timers and reminder events
• Smart Reminders: Event-based notifications and alarm reminders
• Horoscope Readings: Daily horoscope calculations based on date of birth
• Tarot Divination: Daily tarot card draws, interpretations, and friend challenges
• Weather Services: Location-based weather forecasts
• Collaborative Sharing: Share and collaboratively manage events with others

5. Weather Services Disclaimer

Weather forecast data in this Application is sourced from Apple WeatherKit. Weather forecasts are inherently uncertain, and we do not guarantee the accuracy of weather forecasts. Please consult multiple weather information sources when making decisions, particularly in situations involving safety (such as outdoor activities, travel, etc.).

6. Account Responsibilities

6.1 Guest Usage

You may use the basic features of this Application without creating an account. In guest mode:

• You can create and manage events, reminders, and use calendar features locally on your device
• All data is stored on your device only, without cloud backup or synchronization
• Creating an account unlocks the full range of features, including cloud sync, event collaboration, AI-powered features, and tarot challenges
• We are not responsible for data loss on your device while using the Application in guest mode without cloud backup

6.2 Registered Accounts

If you create an account, you agree to:

• Provide truthful and accurate account information
• Maintain the security of your account and password
• Be responsible for all activities conducted under your account
• Notify us immediately upon discovering any unauthorized use
• Not share your account credentials with others

7. Acceptable Use

You agree that you shall not:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the intellectual property rights or other rights of any third party
• Send spam or harass other users
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the normal operation of the services
• Use automated tools to access the services in bulk
• Use AI features to generate or disseminate harmful, false, or unlawful content
• Abuse collaborative features to harass or deceive other users
• Abuse the referral program by creating fake accounts or using automated methods to generate invite codes

8. Collaboration, Sharing, and Social Features

When using collaboration and social features:

8.1 Event Collaboration

• You agree to invite only individuals whom you know and trust as collaboration members
• Shared event information (including title, date, location, and notes) will be visible to invited collaboration members
• You are responsible for the content you share with others
• Collaboration members may view or edit shared events in accordance with their permissions
• Event owners may revoke sharing or remove collaboration members at any time
• Collaboration members may leave a shared event at any time, which removes their access to that event

8.2 Tarot Challenges

• You may invite friends to participate in tarot challenges, which involve sharing tarot draw results between participants
• Challenge results, including AI-generated interpretations, are stored on our servers and visible to both participants
• Tarot challenge content is subject to the same entertainment-only disclaimer as described in Section 3

8.3 Referral Program

• You may invite others to join the Application using your personal invite code
• Successful referrals (where the invitee registers and verifies their account) may earn both parties a trial premium membership
• Referral rewards are subject to change at our discretion and may be modified or discontinued at any time
• Abuse of the referral program (including creating fake accounts) may result in forfeiture of rewards and account termination

9. Intellectual Property

This Application and all of its content (including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, video, software, AI models, and algorithms) are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright laws and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of this Application without prior express written permission.

10. User Content

Regarding content you create:

• You retain ownership of all content you create (such as events, reminders, and notes)
• By using this Application, you grant us a license to store, process, and transmit your content for the purpose of providing our services
• You warrant that your content does not infringe upon any third-party rights
• We reserve the right to remove content that violates this agreement

11. Subscriptions and Payments

If you subscribe to premium features:

• Subscriptions will automatically renew according to the selected billing cycle
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your app store settings
• Upon cancellation, you may continue to use the service for the remainder of the paid subscription period
• We reserve the right to change subscription pricing and will provide advance notice of any such changes
• Refund policies are governed by the applicable Apple App Store or Google Play Store policies
• Trial premium memberships (earned through referrals or promotions) will automatically revert to free tier upon expiration
• In-app purchases and subscription management are processed through RevenueCat, a third-party payment platform
• Subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and are tied to your Apple ID or Google account, not to your in-app account. You must manage (including cancellation of) subscriptions through your device's store settings
• The Application may offer optional rewarded video advertisements as an alternative way to access certain features

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to: losses resulting from missed reminders, losses arising from decisions made in reliance on horoscope or divination content, losses caused by AI recognition errors, loss of data, or business interruption. This limitation applies regardless of how such damages arise and regardless of whether we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless us, our affiliates, directors, and employees from and against any and all claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your breach of this agreement, your use of the services, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

15. Modifications to This Agreement

We reserve the right to modify this agreement at any time. The modified agreement will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Material changes will be communicated to you through in-app notifications or email. Your continued use of this Application constitutes acceptance of the modified agreement. If you do not agree to the modified terms, you should discontinue use of this Application.

16. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account access under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of this agreement
• Engagement in fraudulent or illegal activities
• Abuse of the services or harm to other users
• Prolonged inactivity (exceeding 12 months)

You may also delete your account at any time through the in-app settings. Upon account deletion, your data will be handled in accordance with the provisions of our Privacy Policy.

17. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall first be resolved through amicable negotiation between the parties. If negotiation fails, either party may file a lawsuit with a competent people's court in the jurisdiction of the defendant's place of domicile.

18. General Provisions

• Entire Agreement: This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and us with respect to this Application
• Severability: If any provision of this agreement is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect
• No Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right under this agreement shall not constitute a waiver of such right
• Assignment: You may not assign any rights or obligations under this agreement without our prior written consent
